my abs are on fire when i finish a circuit but i've only been doing them for 2 weeks and haven't seen true results
i highly reccomend not listening to this canadian moose hunting board when it comes to working out abs, you will mostly get the two meme opinions

Leg raises, inclined or raised if possible.
You'll feel that delicious burn in your lower abs after. Just move your hips as little as possible to target the lower abs better.
