>voice still cracking occasionally at 19
Why does this happen? My voice has dropped and I'm done with all the main bits of puberty, but I still have the occasional squeak when I'm speaking. Are my vocal cords just training?

Happens to pretty much everyone for the duration of their lives, now, to actually care about it on a personal level may in fact be slightly autismo, so just let it slide.

Smoke cigarettes for a year : ^ )
>>37824720
Welcome to life, voice cracking happens sometimes.

Aight. cheers.
It's just I've already got a deeper than average voice, but the lads do notice I crack a cheeky bit.
>>37824752
I vaped once and I coughed like a mad man
Happened to me occasionally until I was 22 or 23. It gets rarer and rarer.

Did you're voice deepen because of it? Or was it just an occasional annoyance?
It's because you're a NEET that barely talks or that you are just a shy faggot that talks quietly. You need to break in you vocal chords.
I was exactly the same way until I moved out from my bedroom being a NEET for three years straight. My voice stopped cracking because I was in university, had an apartment, and had to talk to people all day. It went away within the fucking week.
This is a scientific finding.

>you're a NEET that barely talks
Nah
>shy faggot that talks quietly
Apparently when I'm talking I pretty much shout; I talk loudly without realising
>>37824949
>"Nah"
>"I talk loudly without realising"
Are you a nigger?
>>37824994
Nah mate I'm white and southern English
who here /babyface/?
>everyone thinks I'm 16 with a shaven face
>everyone thinks my id is fake
>girls pinch my cheeks
>whenever someone points it out, someone else almost always says "but when he's x years old he'll look y years old"
My voice cracks too but rarely. I want to use my looks advantageously but I think that won't happen till I near my 30's
>>37825040
>babyface
You might have the "peter pan" gene. Meaning you have longer telomenes -- meaning you have a longer biological clock.
>tfw you hear your voice from a recording or video
>>37824802
I was joking, please don't smoke ever.
It does cause noticeable voice gains though, but it's not worth the negatives and eventual quitting.
>>37824801
low test defected
>>37825079
That's just the worst
What actually causes voice cracks?
Is anyone else /raspy/ here? Do people find it attractive or do girls compliment your voice?
>>37827001
I'd say it's low testosterone, my voice has never cracked (it went a bit deeper through puberty though) and I feel fairly high test (I like thick woman and I have fairly redpilled views)
>>37825040
I'm /babyface/ but with ability to grow a beard
>tfw 23 years old but when clean shaven everyone thinks you're 18
>with a beard people guess 25+
>tfw human cameleont

I used to feel that way but after I listened my own voice reading out a book on repeat I just got used to it. Now my voice sounds normal to me, even from a recording. It's more about the difference in how you hear your own voice rather than actually having a bad voice.
