I too was under the delusion they were a magical muscle set that required no work when I was a beginner too. I work them three days a week with weight. I also eat 4k a day. Healthy for the most part. I edited just to show you what light can do, it was done in photoshop, I increased the contrast by raising the highlights and making the shadows darker.

But youll want to do this with a light.

Go in a room that isnt too bright and has a light on the ceiling.

Stand right under the light, take a picture.
Step back 2 steps, take another picture.
Step back 2 more steps, take another picture.

Youll see real quick what a difference the light makes on how your muscles look

Just basic advice man. A 3 day split might do you good. Do more arm work in general, shoulders, bi and tri and forearm and maybe just some quad mass. Lats too, but this is just all things you can improve on, not like they're not already good. My 3 day split is chest/tri/shoulder/abs/--legs/lower back----back/bi/forearm/abs.

Oh well I mean ive had low T problems for at least the past 6 years or so now I think lab wise... And I originally asked to be checked because sex drive lowered, no longer was getting boners at night, always tired and fatigued, couldnt concentrate etc, trouble gaining muscle blah blah.
