the best way to get to 1pl OHP is to just do them first and increase weight by 5 pounds each workout no matter what, as you start failing 5x5 just go to 3x5 and so on. Helped me go from 100 5x5 to 135 3x5 in like 2-3 weeks because I got tired of my plateau.

Yeah about three days a week since august 2014.
I just really fail at eating and sleeping due to my hectic work schedule. I still can't even bench 2pl8 or squat 3pl8.
This site ranks lifts differently than others. You could bench 180 and be ranked as novice on one site, but intermediate on another.

You should seriously consider giving your bodyweight if you were 10-12% bf. Symmetric Strength compares you to athletes of the same bodyweight, meaning they'll be around the same weight as you but way leaner. When I started cutting, my lifts stayed mostly the same but suddenly almost every lift shot up to proficient level.

if you're a short and fat manlet you should be able to deadlift 2 pl8 alot easier than a tall skelly. This applies to most lifts desu
