Hi /fit/ I currently weigh 116.4 kg and I am 190cm tall. I am eating 1700 calories a day. I try to workout 5 days a week. Either cardio or lift. On cardio days i burn around 600 calories. What do you guys think of my weight loss approach?

1,94 and 120Kg here buddy . Keep going I started at 133 one month ago only doing cardio(15 km per day) and diet. Im planing on starting lifting when i get to 110Kg.

Keep in mind OP exercise means nothing if ur eating habbits do not change, ur body will just request more food from you. Burning callories means nothing if you gain them back which you will do if you dnt keep track of what you are eating. Diet is 80% from fat to skinny fat. I suggest working out ur macros

the more exercise you do the more fuel ur body will request. exercise isnt a get out of ur diet free card. Diet is and will always be the most important part of fitness
