He didn't live a very healthy lifestyle. He did plenty of drugs like cocaine and ecstasy (he was a ravefag, go figure) as well as weightloss drugs like trenbolone. That combined with heart problems = very bad combo.
At the end of the day, he was the sickest of sickkunts and lived a funnier life than most people anyways.
