What is the proper foot strike when running on a treadmill? Is there a difference between males and females?

The proper foot strike is to take your stupid ass outside and run there.
Typically it's one foot after the other, but whatever works for you is good I guess.

I land with the ball of my foot first, then the rest of it.

But it's raining outside, anon

Was planning on running with both feet level, fucking dodged a bullet there thanks anon.

Run faster, and you won't get cold.
Also, rain jacket?

I prefer landing on my toes and rolling it off the outside of my foot. Helps with calf gowth
>>37796030
i can just imagine some guy like holding the hand railing and trying to move both feet at the same time over and over.
Noobs. Put on Rollerblades. No impact cardio.

Serious answer:
The same as outside, don't overextend your cadence, front foot doesn't need to travel far away from your shoulders. Don't slam each time you take a stride. A poor technique incicator is hearing a stomp with each step. land softly by losing up, don't be rigid. If you don't do that the energy travels to your knees and fucks them up, thats why you should run outside in parks and not in sidewalks or treadmills.

This is where I fucked up. Now my left knee is fucked and has been for about four weeks. What do?
