So I had probably 700 calories today with my cut being at around 2200 cal due to work.
How bad is this for me?

I actually do this almost every weekend on my bulks when I drink.
Just don't feel like eating, So I'll end up eating maybe 1200 or less cal with alcohol.
As long as you get your weekly calorie intake you should be fine, I think.
I make a point to always eat double the next day and the deficit/surplus are always on rest days.
But otherwise I have no real idea what happens.
