I've been lifting for about 18 months, and I'm happy with my current routine. I'm going 4-5 times a week and go walking around the neighbor pretty often as well. I use both whey and casein protein, take creatine, and use multivitamins. What I'm asking is, what additional supplements can I use to maximize growth? I don't want anything with lasting negative effects, but I've been reading about prohorhomes - do they work, are they worth it, are they healthy?
Prohormones are way worse than steroids. The only thing you can supplement is protein and creatine

SARMs are amazing, don't shut you down nearly as much as you make hella good gains while bulking on them. They were developed to stop muscle deterioration in old men, so using them on a cut isn't bad either. A lot of frauds use them to bridge after running a real cycle.
