Anyway, as a guy who's 5'5" I did some "research" on trying to get taller. Stretching could probably help. I learned about taking Niacin in abundance, like, 300-500 mg along with this M.E.N.S. routine that required you to basically do a sprint workout, take the Niacin then get 8 hours of sleep then taking niacin upon waking up. Also no eating for at least 3 hours before taking niacin. I didn't do everything exactly. I only did the nightly routine including stretching. And gained about an inch in height over a month. I stopped after that because I wasn't seeing much progress later on. You can give it a try and maybe see how it'd work for you. The results were permanent. Take care of your kidneys
