Gym is closed for the next four days, and I want to increase my workload by adding bodyweight training/calisthenics. Where should I look for pointers? Also, is it a bad idea to just go to a park, playing around and trying to test my limits? Does there need to be structure to the session?

Do 300 pushups 300 situps in as little sets as possible. Then come back.

Ignore this DYEL
Do pull ups, dips, and pistol squats
Here's a good routine

>always do the same number of sets and reps, and the same intensity
Zero progressive overload.
Zero gains.
The only possible way to make gains is if you start off unable to do this workout, and then train to do it.
But once your body adapts to being able to do this routine, you will make precisely zero strength or size gains.

You do it while bulking so that your own weight increases. There's your progressive overload

The title is stupid, the author is a fitness slut, there's hardly any volume (even tho the average person can't do a single push up) nor any smart / useful push up variation, punching or kicking in the air is bad for the joints, sprinting is cool, fuck sit ups. Ther's no dips, no pull ups, no chin-ups, no squats...
