I had roo sausages once and they were bloody awfull. Far too gamey for my taste.
Kangaroo tastes like shit and it costs more than chicken breast.

Generally the ones who live in the traditional ways out in the bush are lean and tough, since they get by on roo, lizards emu, etc. meat and whatever else they can grow or scrounge up
Abos that have been westernised / urbanised tend to be fat since there is a strong culture of alcoholism in city aboriginals (not racist, it's a legitimate problem) so they pack on tons of empty calories.
It's a shame really, we met a couple of tribal elders once when we went on a school camp out to the bush to learn about traditional aboriginal life, and they were cool people. But the city ones with drug problems ruin their entire cultures reputation.
