t-nation has a good article here:https://www.t-nation.com/training/step-by-step-approach-to-coming-back-from-an-injury
but in short, take it slow and don't go the full extent of your routine until a few months
i've come to terms with the fact that my squat will never ever grow.
3 months and 1 week since I went to the gym for the first time. Finally reached avatar mode

1.5 YEARS OF LIFTING
>>37785316
>57kg bench
wtf
seriously lifting since 1st june, on starting strength.
Before that did a lot of pull ups and some lifting with bad programming (like 30kg x15 deadlifts, 30kg x 20 squats and shit like that), so most of the progress was made since i started doing SS.
1 year 3 months lifting.
>my bench is only so bad because I pause every rep
R-right guys?

>tfw you hear it again
can some of you anons post a pic of your body with your symmetric strength? I wanna see how well lifts correlates with being aesthetic

Sure.

Is mine.
>>37788146
Is kinda right tho. You are going to sacrifice some of one to get better at the other. For a lot of folks it's not going to matter though.
>>37788652
look for pictures of Tuna. He was the only one autistic enough to follow the sticky as it was and not change a thing.
>>37788694
Autism or not, you're still going to have to sacrifice some of one to maximize the other.
>>37788741
that's true, but I believe there's a point where aesthetics and strength must part and that point is way down the line.
>>37788792
Yeah most aren't going to have to make the choice. I'm sacrificing a bit of aesthetics because I've been enjoying not counting calories and maintaining 195 is ez.

Mirin hard dude
Time lifting? Pump or not in pic? Natty? Routine?
>>37789049
Thx
Lifting on and off for 12 yrs started doing compounds 1.5 yrs ago after switching from planet fitness to a better gym.
No pump. Natty.
>>37789049
Oh and my routine has changed a lot over the past year but I'm doing full body 3-4x per week. Bench amd squat 3-4x, deadlift 1-2x. Accessories by feel afterwards as I have time/energy
Finally no more blue.
Just noticed this page, are these weights pretty good as a framework for improvement?
