Breakfast and post workout shake. Only about 1/3 of the way to my daily calories, currently cutting at 1600.
The fiber should be under 'lunch' cause I put it in the protein shake.
This is my dinner tonight, never cooked dinner myself outside of school so this was fun.
2 chicken filets and some vegetables fried up in the pan and a cold beer while I watch Lord of the Rings.
Yoghurt + everything I had in the cupboard in terms of spices mixed together and some garlic, put some lemon juice in too for good measure since I found a half lemon in the fridge.
Cut chicken in strips and marinated in yoghurtspice-mix® for a few hours.
Cut some champignon, carrot, onion, garlic and paprika. Fried in quickly in olive oil. Then I cooked the chicken. After this I threw it all in the pan together and added the rest of the marinade and a little beer, idk why. I accidentally used way too much tomato-puré though, was supposed to be a lot less.
