I'm 6 foot, 120 pounds. I desperately want to put on weight, but it seems like no matter how much I eat I can't gain a fucking ounce. I don't even care about having tons of muscle, I just want to be a healthy, average weight for my height.
Should I even try to put on weight /fitbros/ or am I doomed to skelly life forever?

How do you defy physics by creating energy from nothing? We could solve the energy crisis with your body alone

>no matter how much I eat
All human knowledge about the physiology of nutrition and digestion determines that is a lie
Eat 3 pounds of meat and a gallon of milk a day while doing PPL or SS and you'll gain weight.

This. I used to be 6'2 140. You probably underestimate how much you actually eat. Also if you're young your metabolism will eventually slow down

Count your calories. Whatever you're currently eating each day, up that number a bit each week by 100-300 calories. Add lots of brown rice to your meals, snack on peanuts in between, add a scoop of protein powder to your bowl of oatmeal, or a half scoop to your morning coffee, etc.

This is what skeletons actually believe.
I bet my non existing gf that you dont even eat 1500 cals a day. Eat at least 2000 calories a day, 130 gs of protein, 60gs of fat and fill the rest with carbs. If you are not gaining weight, eat even more carbs, also lift weights.

I used to be "stuck" at 6'0 127, then I set myself a regimen of eating every two hours and stuck to it for six months (with exercise) - now I'm 147 (normal weight).
It's easy to slip back into the old habits, but once you've spent long enough sticking to the new way of eating it should make a new habit.

It's called will power. Everyone struggles to eat, not just you. Don't even count calories, just focus on eating everything. I separate my meals into smaller portions and I eat them 8 to 12 times a day. Be creative, learn to cook a boring meal into something good.
>>37778048
true. back in my skelly days I ate all kinds of junk, but quite often I had only one or two meals during the day. sometimes I would completely forget to eat.
