I've started doing some cardio, went 2 times already this week.
Lifting-wise, I'm on a deload on the presses, since I never deloaded properly and ego-lifted a lot, progressing on deads, squats and chins. (even though my first day of hiit has left me with some discomfort in my hammy, dont know if I'll be able to add weight today, not sure if I wanna risk it)

I think my bf is closer to 20 than 15 (pic related)
I want to start a lean bulk phase.
Should I first continue cutting to around 15% (like when I can see my abs) OR just start now?

I would start with increments, like 2200 for half a week, 2400, 2600 and so onI'm 6'1'' and 182lbs. 185cm and 83kg. Novice doing SS plus assistance exercises.

Cut like there's no tomorrow for 2 weeks (heavy cardio AND big deficit). Then start adding up 200kcal/day till you're above your TDEE with 600-700kcal. Stop at 400-500 over if you can gain there. I personally can't :c

You can get traps bro. Just don't overdo it with the heavy shrugs you don't wanna pull something in your back but some high rep and versatile work will make them pop more. I find forearms to be mostly genetic and linked to your wrist size but only forearm gains I've seen are from hammer curls and tightly concentrating on your grip during curl excersizes. It's a slow process acclimating your forearms to not burn out on you- but do it every time you work arms and they're pumped til you can't use them, eventually you'll see veins and gains. go to tnation.com and spend some serious time reading and learning. Christian Thibidos (spelled wrong), John Romanellio, and chad waterbury are all awesome authors there. just llearn as much as you can at that site. 2010-2014 were their prime years.

SS is in the wiki and is a beginners lifting program. if you're that new to all this, then it might be good to do for a few months, but don't spend more than 4-6 months on it.

Started gym one year ago after aborted suicide attempt. Therapist suggested exercise. Bought $300 24 hour fitness 2 year membership from Costco. Fucked around without goals, program, or diet until January (just getting to the gym 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x times a week were my goals). After getting out of severe depression, started SL and dropped 30 pounds from January until June. Still cutting. Lifts stalled 1 month ago.

OHP 125x5x5
Bench 190x5x5
Squat 235x5x5
Deadlift 295x5x2~3
Dips (weighted) 35x6~8x3~5
Pull ups (bodyweight) 6~8x3~5

After my lifts stalled I started doing PPL and added a bunch of accessories.

Forgot to mention those lifts were from the end of SL / when my lifts stalled. Right now doing PPL almost everything has dropped:

OHP dropped to 115.
Bench dropped to 185.
Squat dropped to 225.
Deadlifts stayed same.
Pull ups I can hit 8 reps for 5 sets consistently. I've been adding chin ups and neutral grip chin/pull ups, so I do 8 pull ups x 4 sets, 10 neutral grip pull ups 10 reps x 4 sets, and whatever I can muster for chin ups.

I still need to cut like 20 pounds but being on a deficit for so long has made me lose energy during workouts :(

No problem, and thank you too. I have been lifting for almost 4 years now. Power lifted for 3, body building for 11 months. Believe it or not, I had absolutely no visible gains before bodybuilding (11month ago). I just looked like a really basic 120lbs tiny midget with a lot of strength from powerlifting. I mean powerlifting gives you visible gains but it didn't really do much for myself, so I changed to bodybuilding. I took anavar for my first ever cycle and bulked until I hated food. Eventually I ballooned up to 150lbs, cut down to 130lbs with primo and Win with fat burners and did my first figure comp 2 weekends ago, and placed. I don't encourage anyone to use roids, but with my hard work in gym combined, it worked great for myself. If you want big quads, high rep like 15~ 18 helps a lot. Also, eat a LOT. It helps!
