I like that people on /fit/ pretend that anyone who isn't in the top .1% somehow has nothing of value to offer especially when you consider how many people at that level are /fraud/.

I saw on his channel that he still struggles to deadlift 5pl8 and bench 3 at a ridiculously high bodyweight which is pretty bad and probably barely in the top 95% compared to other people training for this amount of time.
My point is that his results dont make his advice seem worth listening too.

Also watched his bench press video which was pretty bad.
His form was dogshit for his time lifting, he didn't have a stable base and did meme shit like actually trying to use leg drive to push the bar up, which causes him to lose tightness and wiggle on the bench like a fish.
