This. You bombard your taste buds worth extreme amounts of sugar and other exaggerated flavors that you can't taste the more subtle ones. Stop eating so much trash and eat more natural (ie unprocessed/un prepackaged food) and you begin to taste more flavors. You'll appreciate the sweetness of a fruit or even something like orange peppers.the next time you drink pop or some other heavily sweetened food it will taste gross sickly sweet to you.
Not saying banish all packaged food because of course it is more convenient and some things you just can't get, just less of it.
I buy a lot more "natural, organic" food just because they have less added crap in them. Why do I need oreos with a paragraph of ingredients i don't recognize when I get some "natural" version of oreos that have normal ingredients of a cookie?
