Keto thread. Meals, routines, tips, ingredient substitutes etc. I dropped like 30 pounds from hard core Keto a few years ago and I want to do it again.

1 tablespoon of cinnamon
3 scoops of protein powder unflavored
100G oF coconut flour
1 tablespoon of cacao
2 eggs
And soy milk.
It was fucking delicious

Depends on the flour you use .
Mine has like 25 carbs for like 100G of product which 15 are fiber.

Little tired of constantly snacking on beef jerky and cheese sticks, anybody got ideas for snacks I can buy on the go or pre make in bulk? My car is littered in Wild Bill bags.
