I will preface this by saying I'm not a /fit/ normal guy, I'm just here cause I heard you are allowed to post more various things here
I referee soccer, usually youth (high school aged) from late summer until december. When I do it, I do usually at least 5 games in a day and run like 10-12 miles. In a few tournaments during the year, I do 14 games in the weekend and run around 30 miles in 2 days. Because of all the physical activity I'm not really hungry, so I will do all this running on basically no food except maybe oatmeal in the morning.
I'm already emaciated as fuck and this just makes it worse, but it's basically the only hobby I have
