Dieting - cutting carbs, trying to get almost 2000 cals per day, doing 20 mins of cardio every workout
Dont even alchool or druga
Not getting lower than 130kg. This whole month i stayed on 130kg.

Underestimating your calories, overestimating your workout.

Recovering fat ass here, if your weight hasn't changed then the calories you are eating is your maintenance. I know it sucks but I had the EXACT same problem (I only waited 2 weeks as opposed to a month).

From here, you have 2 options:
1. Increase work out intensity (do SS or couch to 5k or something and make sure you are pushing yourself as this is very important)
2. Lower calories by 10% from what you are currently eating. This amount should probably come from carbs depending on your current macro percentages.

I recommend 1 but a hybrid is your best bet

You have to remember that your body stores water in the fat cells for a while after you burn the fat, so assuming you're doing everything right you may just be holding water weight. Not saying this is the correct answer either, just food for thought

The amount of water you drink doesn't really have anything to do with it, what I'm saying is that your body will eventually dump the water after the cell never gets "refilled" with fat. I've heard estimates of 1-4 weeks for the water to be dumped but it could be longer. Most likely tho you're just eating too much still.
