Try EC stack. I had a few days where I ate like 4000 calories and I still managed to lose like 16 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks on 250mg
I also did cardio 3x a week tho

pretty sure i got a spider bite end of the second week. 2 days later broke out in hives.

stopped dnp right away, took 1 benedril and cleared up in 2 days.
I changed zero in my diet and went from 210 to 202 (im prolly 200-400 cal or tdee maint normally). First few days I lost zero weight. then lost about 2 pounds every 3 days.
still trying to determine if the hives was dnp (or lack of EC) related. will prolly up to 500 mg with new caps after I start lifting and fix my diet again
