If I just bike instead of run am I missing out on any gains?
I really can't stand running but always feel like I'm missing part of the picture
>from what are we running from
Literacy, apparently.

cardio kills gains is a meme. The reason it exists is because you burn calories and if you burn more than you're eating then yes you will lose weight. If you run/bike and eat enough to maintain or gain, you won't lose gains.
>tl;dr you just gotta eat more

no I mean, does biking work different muscle than running? am I neglecting something by never running and always biking?
>>37749583
yes running uses your whole leg where as cycling uses primary quad. i prefer to run because i'm part of a club, and it only costs me my shoes

Everytime you bounce up and down whilst running, your core works as a recoil spring and thus working your abs

so you save 30€ for the t-shirts and shorts thanks to that club?
