Pretty bad brah, dyel curling 35 in the squat rack, curl bros super setting across six machines, animals lifting right off the rack infront of the 30 35s and 40s. Cardio bunnies are weak sauce too
But the wife likes the circuit training and i just need a squat rack and some plates
