I am doing a lot of cardio lately but I make no progress. What am I doing wrong?

If you are in fact exercising and not doing some lame ass, minimal resistance cardio then your diet is still probably shit. Your heart rate should be up the whole time, if your hearts not pumping that means your muscles aren't being worked hard enough to demand an increase in heart rate to supply more oxygen and nutrients to your body. A little bro science but you get the gist. If your working hard but still nomming chinese food and take out every night, you're not gonna make it. Good luck bruh
