Next bulk is going to be upward of 8 months through to next April, stay tuned. My natty limit based on FFMI 8%bf @ 5'9 is 170ish, so my long term goal is to hit that in the next 18-24 months. That'll round out 4 years of lifting, which is about right for maxing out before deciding to either push the natty limit or just see minor size gains indefinitely. Not looking forward to that crossroads so there's no rush imo.

How are you defining eating big? Assuming consistent lifting and a steady caloric surplus with adequate protein, you'll notice a little when shirtless by the end of the first month. It'll take 4-6 months before clothed appearence looks noticeably different, assuming you're not way over bulking and adding a lot of fat.

A cable/pulley machine, which happens to be the best possible substitute for a rack.

Lookup how to do cable fly's (one armed) and chest pressing movements on a cable machine. I do this all the time. It requires a bit of creativity and positioning but it can be just as effective.
