i used to have a 14" neck but ive grown it using a neck harness and doing wrestler's bridges. it's now about 15.5" which isn't huge but even being that tiny bit bigger it makes a hell of a difference to your presence.

I'm twerkin on it OP, you're right though. A muscular neck is far more intimidating/masculine than any other part of the body. It gives the appearance of a muscular body even under clothes. Just look at this dude from slipknot, he's a skinny as fuck DYEL but he somehow looks pretty damn scary. Imagine if he had a skinny pencil neck... he'd be nothing more than your average emo rocker twink.
