>Do an hour of cardio at least a day plus lift every other day
>dem endorphins
>god tier sleep
>eat virtually whatever I want within reason without getting fat
why would anyone not do this?
What do you do for cardio?
>>37732138
bike, rowing, uphill treadmill
I need to count my macros/calories because with my fucked up appetite I can easily gain loads of fat even with lifting and daily cardio.
That said I can stay lean year round so long as I stick to my macros/calories. Cal in vs Cal out is literally a god send, thank you science.

mfw this is my life
mfw when i make gains in both area

nothing wrong with cals in and cals out. But I think it's kinda weird being lean when you aren't actually that physically fit in all areas. I prefer to feel like an athlete than a model

Because it's exhausting, and if your work/commute is 10-12 hours you may be tired and want to spend your time with your family or doing other leisure activities, rather than spend over a quarter of your non-working hours working out

Enjoy no gains

I love cardio, I try to ride my bike at least once every day.
The reason this board dislikes it is because it takes actual effort for a longer time than just picking up a heavy object and putting it down.
cardio, especially cycling and swimming will give you enough gainz to impress grills and improve your health.
Most people on this board are autist who tend to extrem solutions like SS or all the other bullshit

This is me. I run about 4 miles every day and lift every other sometimes twice in a row. Going to be upping that mileage soon.
>Feeling golden.
>bjj/powerlifting cross trainer here
>get stronger, build endurance and flexibility doing my bjj
>heavy compound lifts compliment bjj demands and glutes for the sloots
>don't have to jog Marathons like a 30something white me trophy wife
>don't have to bike like a hipster
>don't have to use a rowing machine like a crossshitter
Are you fags even trying?
