Anyone else feel like going to the gym impacts posture negatively? I feel tired from holding a "correct" posture and often find myself inadvertedly in a bad posture. Does this have something to do with the effort one does at the gym lifting shit and whatnot ?

Do more rows
Bench press less

Positively, if anything. My posture improved dramatically when my diddy lifts started getting heavy.

I have hollow back. What do?

It shouldn't. If you work to develop good habit then the gym should only help.

If you feel that gym is making your posture worse, it means you have wrong form in the exercises you perform.

The first condition of good form in literally every single free weight exercise is "keep your spine straight"

You probably think you are, but your perception is skewed by living 24/7 with a fucked up posture, so for you that's good enough.
Next time, ask your gym's PT to watch you and tell you when you lose form, you'll be surprised when he stops you one second into your first rep to tell you you're doing everything wrong.

this
OP may be suffering from too much benching and pressing where his pecs/front deltoids round his shoulders in again.
In that case, work your rear deltoids etc, do face-pulls to keep shoulders neutral

Posture and human expression is effortless.

All postural issues are caused by muscle tightness, tension and stress etc.

Learn to relax yourself and let go of controlling your posture.

When I had a spiritual awakening I went from awful posture to perfect posture because I was completely in tune with life and had no resistance in my being. Sounds crazy right? That's when I learn bad posture was caused by muscle tightness cause I had 0 tension in my body. I was light as a fucking feather and had no fear or effort in my expression and speech. It felt amazing.
