OP, seriously, what is you vision/purpose for this completely un-funny crusade?
I really hate the stigma around it because vaping legitimately helped be quit. I was smoking about 3 packs a day at my peak. I could barely do weight lifting let alone cardio. It was very tangibly killing me. If it wasn't for the fact one of my friends had one and let me try it when I was completely out of cigarettes I would never have known it really works. I thought it was really gay and for pussies at first but the more I looked around the more I saw just normal, everyday people using them. It's a fantastic smoking cessation tool. I started out on 24mg liquids, then went to 6, now I'm down to 3 and I don't really do it that often anymore. Maybe one or two puffs a day or sometimes longer if I'm just sitting at my computer doing nothing, an activity which thanks solely to quitting smoking, is very rare for me I'm glad to say. Honestly vaping 24mg is a lot stronger than smoking cigarettes and during the overlap when I did both I would actually come to prefer vaping, after quitting cigarettes full stop for a month or two, then I lowered the nicotine in the liquid.

Ha, yeah switching to GPCs killed my addiction instantly. Was to the point where I was buying cartons of Marlboros, one day I thought enough is enough, bought a carton of Mavericks and didn't even get half way through it. It's still in my closet 5 years later.
