How do you guys do it?

>1st day is hell already
son, just proves how much you need it
>>37727801
This.
And it gets much easier after a few weeks or so
>>37727791
after 3-4 weeks you won't even think about it
>>37727833
Reread your post, lol
IF?
>>37727849
intermittent fasting
>>37727866
Oh of course.
>>37727791
literally feels better to me than regular eating
hell, i'm even pacing myself not to fast longer than 16 hours most days, mostly because i'm too poor to afford BCAAs to handle fasted workouts

Once you get past three or four days you won't even be hungry anymore. But your sense of smell will be so much sharper. Your body is magic.

How long are your windows?
I've been fasting from wake up to 2pm and going to bed around 10:30pm. Is this too little? It really doesn't even seem difficult to do for me.
i've been doing 22:2 IF since march 9th, it's pretty much a habit a this point.
The thing with IF is that it's fucking brutal at first, you feel like you're starving and you just want to die, but your body is a machine and it will adapt to your new eating habit as long as you push trough the cravings just for a little bit, mine were gone after 2 weeks and they never came back.
Be it 800 cals or 2500, i eat them only between 2 and 4 pm, i like it this way

forgot to post my stats, 6ft, started at 323lbs and i'm now sitting at 270. My goal is to reach something like 220 or 230 before december

It's the thought more than anything. I'm a dawn riser so 12pm's a long wait.
>not just eating less
>>37728567
>said every failed dieter ever
>>37728097
so you mean 8 and a half hours? yeah that seems like too much. personally i try to do 4 hours but sometimes it's more like 5 due to convenience of the day

Down a bunch of coffee and black tea. It gets easier.
I'm IF, I'm also bulking, vegan, and allergic to soy. Just fuck my shit up familia
