Just replace low-fiber foods with high-fiber foods. Replace processed sugars with fruit, for example. Oatmeal instead of boxed cereals. Beans instead of burgers. Itsmore filling and generally healthier.

The answer to the question is to eat less, but the reason you eat too much is another underlying issue.

Keep in mind, this is only a problem if you are gaining weight, or want to lose weight

Train your willpower. It works just like a muscle: if you use it frequently it will become stronger (but just like a muscle it will become weaker until you've given it some time to rest, however, so keep that in mind.)

One way to do this I found particularly successful was to wait a set amount of minutes before eating any food I had prepared. The food would be on the plate, but I would force myself not to eat it for 10 or so minutes (as long as it wouldn't get too cold.) Since this also obviously will train your ability to decline food along with training your willpower in a general sense, I highly recommend it. Good luck losing your dead weight anon, it's completely worth the effort.

Use smaller plates, makes you look like you've got more food.

Stretch your meal out for twenty minutes, read while eating or something if you can't restrain.

You can do it anon. Before my cut I could eat a a whole large Domino's pizza to myself. After finishing at three months, I could barely get through three slices. You will get used to it.

For me. this always hungry feeling is most likely boredom and lonelyness

At work, it wouldn't matter if i have eaten or not., because i am working and focused on my tasks, and managing people, while at home i just sit around and eat myself till i go to sleep at night and repeat the next day
