Calc based or algebra based? I taught the calc one.
>>
>>37706815
Algebra, but there shouldn't be a huge difference. I've been told they're similar but you learn shortcuts in calc based and its harder with more memorization and less actual learning
>>
>>37706835
>more memorization
Ehhh... I guess that's somewhat true since to truly understand it you have to have calc 3 and be okay at math, and that's rare for people first taking physics 2.

But if you actually have the math background it's less memorization than the algebra one. I can still help out with the algebra one, but my notes I have in a pdf form are specifically for calc.

I remember Physics 1 - as long as your calculus is good you'll be fine.

E&M can be difficult, it was the first class that I had no idea what was going on.

Thermodynamics is a headache. Quantum Mechanics is fun as fuck until you get to the third class - that's when it's just a mind fuck.

Though I don't know if either of you two are dumb enough to go for a Physics major. Hardest course material in uni - fewest job prospects out of it.

eyyyy.
On TSA intermediate and failed my last squat workout. Got the first set of 4x7 then struggled through the second but only got 6 reps. Lowered the weight to get some more squat volume in, then changed out my glute barbell thrusts for some stiff legs for extra hammy volume since I obviously fucked up my squats.

Taking an extra rest day today and continuing the cycle from where I left off. Did I do good or am I doomed?

Because what you're doing is using a slippery slope.
Equipped lifting doesn't add 2000lbs to your total, and there's nothing indicating that the equipment using will change to something absurd like that.

>>
>>37709527
Yeah, i did mon/wed/fri/sat since theres no bench on friday, enabling you to press 4x4 or whatever it is the day after. Also light squats friday and paused deadlifts on saturday.

Think of it like this, you do 5x5 squats on monday, you're sure as hell gonna need a rest day for day 2 which is 4x4 deadlifts.

Accessories wise, i pretty much just followed the program, there's not really any option for choosing which accessory specifically. It's all just rows desu. But if you're wondering why some days it has chest supported rows and other days standard bent rows, it's to prevent fatiguing your lower back.

I think trappy's voice is legit. We were randomly posting SS of our desktops late at night on discord and she posted this in the same minute. So no time to edit it on photoshop.
She could still be faking the SS, but it was pretty late at night, she was so tired she was mumbling the words, and no one was even questioning her voice. So I don't think she would've even thought of editing this it was the perfect chance for her to slip.

And she sounds a lot more natural on discord than on the vocaroos, but still has a girly or young boyish voice.

what straps is eddie hall using in this vid?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMfLTL2APnI

they look very simple to use and when he uses them all the time on >400kg they probably don't cause these deep imprints

or any other recommendations?

also, even though I rarely do reverse nowadays my reverse weight is still higher. I wonder whats up with that

Agreed.

My recent favorite rant is by Stan Efferding:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OTquzDmeAbc

Some of the strongest people I know have never heard of Sheiko, Texas Method, Jonnie Candito, etc etc etc.

I just had a friend lift 2044 lbs in his last meet (wraps), and talking with him reminds me that trying harder is often the answer :)

>The issue I have with trying harder is recovery
Recovery is a byproduct of conditioning and your work capacity.

If you're having problems, try the following:
>more high rep sets
>LISS cardio
>bodyweight circuits
>sports (basketball, ultimate frisbee, etc)

Incorporate conditioning before you begin a training cycle.
>Conditioning/GPP
>Volume Accumulation
>Intensification
>Realization

TL:DR: Get in shape, lift lots of light stuff, lift some heavier stuff, compete, reset.

>>37710700
>Is he natural?
Lol, no. And that's fine.
>>
>>37710728

>If you're having problems, try the following:

>>
>>37710728
It's weird. My work capacity on the day is good. I do very high volume, I can lift heavy on all 3 lifts, I have been working on this.
But the breaks between sessions decide the weights I can handle.

I'm not playing sport
I'm not doing cardio
Yes I get out of breath running up the stairs

Hopefully I die young
>>

more high rep sets
>LISS cardio
>bodyweight circuits
>sports (basketball, ultimate frisbee, etc)

sounds good man. and fun :)

I tried playing basketball the other day and almost died after 15 or so minutes. had to stop. The funny thing is that I am less fat than my buddy that i played with but i have 0 cardio conditioning.

I'll need to try slowly incorporating more volume into my programming. The only lift where I think I need mroe volume is my bench since I am starting to stall with that. The problem probably lies more in the intensity being too low, though.
>>
>>37710733
>Roids
That's a potential solution, but then you have a whole other game to play. Roids are always a cascade solution.

I don't do roids because lifting is simple. Roids are complicated, if you want to have a functioning penis and a decent life.

That is why you go to the medical supply store, get a butterfly needle with hose, and drain some blood into a ml rated container every week.

200ml will get your BP into normal

300ml will get your BP low-normal.

1L will get you dead and cozy in your bed for one day, but eat and drink enough, and the following day you WILL BE SUPERMAN.

I forget these kind of things are uncommon for you guys in the west.

>>
Isley got a video for you
>>
>>37711515

In Eastern Europe, particularly Russia, everyone drains blood. It's the most common medicinal practise ever known. Women who get their period don't need to tho.

You can ask a doctor to do it. Or you can donate, but since donation requires large volumes you can't do it as often and won't get the benefit. However we all do it at home, any Doctor will teach you proper sterile technique for free.

You can even take a small ammount with a syringe and inject it into a muscle group for hemotherapy.

Or if you have the money, you can seek a physician that will drain 2L out, while pumping you full of liquids and vitamins with an IV, then he will filter out the plasma (taking out the trash) and inject the pure blood back. This is costly tho. He may even inject that plasma into tendons and cartilage for regeneration.

>a kid somewhere sticking a needle in his ass to get muscular seems more important to you than all the issues in the world

Never implied that, but whatev :)

Long story short, sports are super important for the development of young people.

"Professional" sport and it's influence on amateur participants is what drives PED use.

I'm not against anyone choosing to do what it takes to "go pro", but ages 13-20 are not great ages for deciding PED use is worth it, when it will affect the rest of that athlete's life.

Lol.

The effects of anabolics is far reaching, and often irreversible (especially during prime developmental years).

The risk/reward is not great.
