Okey /fit/ I have a challenge.

If you were on a diet and your goal was to get ripped and you were only allowed 10 foods to eat during your entire diet, which foods would you choose? Excluding water, tea, coffee and seasoning.

Literally as important as fats or carbs.
There is no magic macronutrient.
There is no evil or unnecessary macronutrient.

Just eat .8g per lb bodyweight (less if you are fat, say 20% or more) if you are a novice

And .64g/lb if you are intermediate.

Unless you roid, then your protein synthesis will be through the roof, until you buiild huge amounts of mass and approach the natty limit, when you can then dial protein intake waaaaaay back down.

Rich piana, for example, isnt gonna need much protein. Just enough to negate protein breakdown
