Trenbolone doesnt raise prolactin. Its a myth, there was never any evidence to support this widespread belief. Not a shred, and there is ample literature on trenbolone use in cattle where such a connection would be easy to spot.
Moreover, prolactin does not cause gyno, and even if prolactin was a factor, it is potentiated by estradiol.
In short, the issue of gyno is and always has been the same: estrogens. Control the e2 and you should be fine.
