Hi guys, I just started lifting and cutting since late may. Too bad I started taking pictures too late.

I wanted to ask: is this a legitimate 3 pounds cut like my scale says or am I losing fat - gaining muscle atm? It looks like a huge jump for only 3 pounds.

Years lifting coming up on 3 years in a few months I think, just got on creatine about 15 days ago and it definitely works

5 months lifting after 3 years of inactivity, 85kg, 186cm or 6'1 for my americanos

achieved 1/1.5/3/5. i really dont know whats up with my bench and deadlift. deadlifting 220kg+ just seems so easy and natural for me, but benching anything more than 80kg is hard as fuck with my long arms.

Yea I do legs every week. can squat 3 plate (140kg) and 120kg for reps. My legs are disproportionate to my body they fit a 6'4 person while my torso fits a 5'10 person, I think thats why they look so thin. I guess the lanklet meme is real.

Also I only squat low bar with flat shoes, I read somewhere that it doesn't target your quads as much?

I was on Strong lifts for about two years* so I did plenty of rows for the hoes, finally switched up to a PPL split about two months ago and have seen some sweet upper body gains.

I alternate my pull days with:
Row 5x5
Shrug 3x8
Preacher curl 4x12
Machine row 3x8
Upright row 4x12
Pull ups

And

Deadlift 1x5
Dumbbell row 3x8
Dumbbell curl 4x12
Lat pulldown 3x8
Dumbbell shrug 4x12
Pull ups
