Develop chest, lats, traps, and delts for that full upper body look. So lots (LOTS) of bench press, overhead press, pullups, and rows. Inclince db press for those upper pecs. Also do squats and cleans, since Chong Li's legs are pretty beastly, as well. You can ignore direct ab work.
