What is wrong with corn?
I legitimately dont know
>>37677502
There's a direct relation with corn flavanoids and muscle shrinkage.
Our body can't digest the kernels properly, so then your muscle dystrophy kicks in.
>>37677544
Thanks anon I will look into this.
>>37677502
unless you're native American of some sort you likely cant properly digest it.
>>37677502
> The USDA dietary guidelines classify corn as a starchy vegetable, which is a group of veggies you should limit to maintain a healthy body weight
basically you could be eating way better off eating something else for your calories
>>37677544

>>37677544
does that mean bourbon will fuck with my gains? I don't think I can do without it
>>37677606
Bourbon is fine. Alcohol can actually break down the corn for us, pre digestion essentially.
Cloud bread with canned tuna mashed with sriracha and pepper and sweet barbecue sauce.

You're just a shit cook then, spice up your chicken, buy indinan rice (or whatever they call it) add some spices to it and some veggies to the side and you've got amazing fit meal.
>>37677569
That's because its relatively high in calories for a vegetable... like potato..
The idiot calling corn Hitler is just shouting nonsense.
>>37678226
You're not getting big with meals that size..
>>37679424
>buy indinan rice
basmati rice
It's incredible how shit people are at cooking, especially when it comes to rice. Saute up some veg like green peppers, onions, get some garlic and spices in and then put your rice in with a can of chopped tomatoes, boom. Easy flavorful side dish for your protein that is flexible as fuck depending on the style of food you're going for.
