My legs are literally logs, they've been classified as a preserved wonder of nature. When I squat I squat the gym. My legs are so big that it's unhealthy, which incidentally stopped the whole HAES movement. I tried legpressing once, broke the machine after I loaded the whole squatrack onto it. I train legs so hard that I front squat and back squat at the same time. My legs are so powerful that I can’t get out of chairs like a normal person, I always end up jumping. Only later did I realize I need to cut this out. A few years later and I could barely squat 300 lbs. I was a size 31 jeans with a ripped body, and was having three-ways with local college chicks and dizzy cocktail waitresses regularly. As I plowed one from behind while she licked the other girl's asshole, I thought to myself how I could have been doing this before, but instead I chose to endure untold pain in a dingy basement alone and make myself fat just so I could post some meaningless numbers online to impress a few equally pathetic neckbeards. In the gym now, I bench almost double bodyweight but my squat is probably pathetic. And I don't really give a shit. I look so much better now.

If you have skinny thighs, you can go for super skinny jeans.

I don't pay attention to what other people buy/wear m8. I've been doing this long enough that I know my own tastes and don't need to copy someone else's. I think Kanye's style is atrocious, for what it's worth. The collaboration of French and Italian luxury houses and ghetto American culture has really been a bad deal for the world of fashion. At 145 lbs I was able to do the following lifts

Squat: 385
Bench: 255
Dead: 460
OHP: lolno

all of those lifts are weaker now because I've shed about 5lbs of muscle which is a lot for me

I got tired of lifting. It's boring and repetitive. When I was still in school I would lift with friends. Now everyone is fat and/or too busy. So it got old.

I've been lifting for about 10 years. Routine is pretty much whatever I feel like doing. Usually a push day and a pull day, with a third day for miscellaneous stuff. 60% free weights, 40% machines.

I always hated fixed routines. I'm an impatient person and filling out workout cards is just too tedious. They're great for beginners. All the girls I train have cards and I'm constantly badgering them to fill the cards out. It builds good work ethic.

I have a few weird exercises I do, like resistance band pull-ups.

I only lift 3 days a week. I workout usually 5 times a week, either swimming or biking.

A workout card is just a piece of paper that helps you keep track of your lifts over time. Example from google.

Our weight room coach had us use them to build good lifting habits and keep ourselves organized.

Put a 10 lb plate under your heel until you have the proper mobility. Just google "third world squat" and stay in that position for as long as possible to help your mobility.
