His updated 4-days Advanced Medium Load program (from the app but also available in the forum) has Front Squats as the first lift on monday, then bench, and then back squats. So you can just customise whichever program you're doing to be kinda like that as well.

My frenulum is kinda short and my prepuce isn't very long either, so my head would be at least halfway through on a soft/moderate chub - instead of completely covered and with extra skin.

I actually had cut my skin right before my pinky as well a couple of weeks ago when I used hookgrip. I usually just use straps cause I wanna keep my hands soft kek, so my skin wasn't used to the friction and knurling of the bar - it just cut right through it.
But you can do the Rip grip. It helps a lot with not ripping the calluses - just doesn't work well if you're doing snatches (which is what I was doing when I ripped my skin), cause then the bar doesn't get in the best position a the top.
But for deadlifts it's perfect, and you have the same grip strength - what holds the bar is your fingers, not your palm, so putting it up on the palm just means the bar will roll down to the fingers, and the skin will get caught in between and can get ripped off.
It feels weird at first, and you'll mentally feel like you're weaker holding the bar like this - but the grip strength is the same, and you'll get used to it.

How much could that have potentially impacted my bench AMRAP set that I did afterwards? I got 9 reps, could I have possibly gotten 10-12 if I did bench before squats? I felt pretty fatigued after the squats

Keep in mind that rep maxes don't always translate as well as you think...
If your AMRAP weight was 175 lbs for 9, then you have a decent chance at 225.
