All with flat feet should be rounded up and shot, its the only humane thing to do. They are less than animals, they are practically the scourge of mankind the instrument of our destruction and the masterminds behind the islamic immigration

I'm flat footed, left handed and a manlet. As soon as I hit 1/2/3/4 I'm going to shoot myself.

I have flat feet but it's never been a problem squatting. Just be sure your knees are tracking over your toes.
Yeah I'm flat footed and so is my brother. Executed are my life and never ever had an issue. Didn't even notice it until puerile pointed it out. Foot retail s natural curve until I stand on it, in which case it completely flattens out. Are we supposed to do stuff to "fix" it or what

I have decently flat feet but have been wearing prescription inserts for the last 3 years.
I see my podiatrist annually. He presses my feet into some kind of foam and takes a mold of it, then sends that over to a lab where my custom inserts are made.
The nice thing about these inserts is that they're made of a super hard material, so they're really good for lifting.

You're not going to a see a problem until your mid 30s. Flat feet fuck up your ankle posture, which in turn fuck up your knees, which then fuck up your back.

Jesus Christ, stand properly.
I'm extremely flat footed. I usually wear inserts, but I don't when I lift and don't seem to have problems lifting. Running, even with inserts, gives me extreme shin splints even if it's only .25 of a mile. Otherwise, I'm not really affected by them. I'm 25 and have always had good posture if that matters.

that's not how it works
Squatting will help.
Roomy shoes are better.
I have very very small arches now. You have to pay attention to how your ankles and calves work when you do things. Flat feet is over-pronation, your feet are turned out to the point where youre putting weight on the inner ankle. Actively use the muscles of the foot to distribute weight evenly. Usually flat feet are caused by underlying bone structure, so most cases will see improvement but never be fully back to 'normal'. I get no more foot pain like I used to, even after 12+ hour days at work on my feet.
