How much difference can it make when a three day split (upper/lower), let's say Monday, Wednesday and Friday have to be mixed ocassionaly because lack of time or feeling really tired to let's say Thursday/Friday/Saturday? I guess not skipping the workout it is the priority but how detrimental would it be to the effectiveness of my lifts and my physique? Thanks!

Do volume deadlifts, anyone that tells you that 1x5 is enough is just wrong. I personally do 2x5 and 1xf. If I go over 5 reps on the failure set I'll go up 5lbs. I've been doing this for 2 years now and the last time I tested my max I hit 365lbs (155lbs bw).

I lived there this past year after graduating, never went back to the rec. Used Fitworks in Stow, which was good, until they got a new manager that's fat, and middle aged. He talked to me for deadlifting too loudly a week before I moved. I think he even mentioned something about it bending the barbell.

It sounds really nice though, kind of disappointed I never checked it out.

The gym I mentioned was pretty legit, nobody gave a shit about chalk or anything and there were some pretty strong powerlifters there. Then the new manager took over. Just moved to Columbus and joined a powerlifting gym with 4 separate locations, and it's pretty awesome.
