So I'm trying to lose weight....yesterday i raped my body with lots of lifting and squats. I know I'm supposed have days where I rest my muscles. what cardio can I safely do today?

Go to Strength Theory or go to scoobys site and read up on cardio and lifting.
Basically low/no impact LISS cardio under 60 mins is not going to effect your gains be it strength or muscle.
Cardio kills gains is a meme, stop been a lazy fatty and get on the exercise bike everyday.

If it's available for you, when I'm sore but still need to hit cardio I go for swim, great cardio and weightless feeling eases DOMS

I'm not making excuses, as I said, I WANT to do cardio. I'm not afraid of losing gains, I'm a fatty. I'd just rather not be in pain by doing cardio that hurts my already sore muscles. Thx for the info tho
jumping rope, very little ROM and only works calves, good option for cardio while sore
