That's all I do really except for a bit of walking and sex. I hike, but not very often.
I literally cannot think of any other physical activities I do.

Depends. Does the 38 miles a week I run also count as my lifting time? Then I would look like a doughy piece of shit with zero cardiovascular endurance and be just like /fit.
