My friend just sent me this routine he's doing. He's 190 at 5'10 DYEL natty with 25-30%. Claiming this routine is miles ahead of my Modified SS + Accesories. He also claims he's 16%BF even though he has a belly/love handles/no neck and man tits.

Is he right? I need to know because i just started liftings two months ago and i feel like this is BS

So is the progression to keep the weight the same for the whole cycle? You'd be so fucking fried at the end for deadlifts.

Actually..
This program sucks for novice, but the first page is a pretty good periodization for advanced novice, or intermediate trainees. Its focus is clearly on aesthetics, and not on strength training, so if these are your goals, it's an OK progression. But not as a novice. And I'm still talking about the first page here.

Pages 2 and 3 are garbage. The exercise selection, ordering, and the rep schemes suck. You can burn them.
