Canned tuna is for amateurs. Get sardines, same or more protein, less Mercury. Also often come in saucy preparations, mo st supermarkets will have a variety of them... And they are CHEAP.
Get yourself some veg that can stand cooked or raw (baby carrots are sweet) and mix last minute.
Hot sauce is also your ally.

You can also get MREs if you really are bulking.

If room temp is the max, how about cheese and nuts and seeds? Not hard to mix, good fats etc. get creative anon.

This, sardines are incredibly healthy

Just cook lots of chicken, rice, lentils, and vegetables every Sunday and Wednesday. Put it in tupperware

Protein bars. If it's too expensive to buy them make your own for pocket change and bring those. I bring black bean protein brownies my gf makes and get mean looks from work fatties :D

I originally made these as my first weekly meal for dinner, but I found out they made better cold lunches

Literally anything though. Burritos/tortillas are another good choice

What about mackrel? (am i spelling that right?)
i have some canned with some sort of tomato sauce
>>

How long can this shit last without going bad?
I'm kinda anal about that shit. I wouldn't trust that chicken beyond day 3.
>>
>>37661505
>plastic containers

Never going to make it
>>
>>37661812
You don't get salmonella from chicken that has gone bad. You get salmonella from chicken that hasn't been properly cooked. If it goes bad, then you'll know(the smell), but use a damn fridge and it should be fine.
>>
>>37661812
Also, wouldn't the tomatoes and shit go soggy and gross?

You sound like a child who wont eat food because the texture is weird or it's touched other food.

If it has mold on it don't eat it, otherwise shut the fuck up and eat it

Mackrel is similar to sardines, very good for you and comes with a variety of flavors. Smells strongly of fish though.
>>
>>37659550
oatmeal with an egg salsa, and pepper mixed in, can of green beans, serving of nuts.
>poor mans lunch
>>
>>37659550
How long do they stay in your bag or locker or w/e? My lunches usually stay up to like 5 hours in a locker no problem, and I eat w/e meat I want to with rice, veggies etc.

Ground pork and the like isn't ideal cold because the fat just makes a jelly though

Sure, cold isn't always as nice, but if you're not too picky, its quite alright for chicken, veggies, cereals etc

I think plastic containers supposedly leak gain killing or estrogen-like chemicals into food. Supposedly.

I guess people who are paranoid use glass containers with lids that don't touch your food.
Maybe.
