Skinny fat DYEL. Getting the skinny fat part sloooowllly taken care of, but the dyel will take time considering how stretched out I am, and that I have no money or gym or protein.

To be fair that bf% is based on the measurement I get from a body fat caliper I got off Amazon. Don't know how accurate it is.

I don't lift in the sense that /fit/ considers lifting. I bike my little girls in a double trailer everywhere and that's about 100lbs I'm dragging behind me so there's my cardio and leg workout. Then I do yoga 4-5 times a week with about a 50/50 split of Hatha and Power classes. I just recently installed a chin up bar in my hallway and have been doing those everyday now for a couple weeks. I can do 7 of each with form that I don't know is OK or not (still haven't worked up the guts to post a form check here b/c I'm a spineless jellyfish).

Also I've been lurking around here for the better part of four months and have my nutrition pretty well sorted.

I started from a good baseline too, I've always worked hard labour jobs and was very active as a little kid. Unfortunately I developed an alcohol addiction early in my 20's that has followed me all the way up until a couple months ago (30 now) which ballooned me up to 193 at 25% bf. Thanks to the sticky and some encouragement and support from the woman I'm fucking I dropped that down to 180 lbs at 17% bf.

And I maintain I'm DYEL. I've been to the gym maybe four times in my entire life. I have no idea what I can bench, squat, OHP, curl etc...

Anyway, believe it or not there it is.
