Who /PovertyGains/ here? Broke boyz stand up.
Recently incorporated chicken hearts into my diet and have absolutely loved them. In fact, just made some chicken heart stew for dinner tonight and it tasted so good.
Any other cheap as fuck, nutrient-dense foods I should be looking into?

Whats the nutrients for chicken hearts and where can I get them?
Chicken hearts are great. I don't get why they're so hard to find in scandinavia, people prefer nuggets, fucking idiots.
My mum used to fry some chicken hearts with a little salt up when I was younger.
Shit's great

B12, riboflavin, zinc, selenium, iron, folate, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, copper - all the usual good shit. It's also very high in protein.
Every good butcher should have a decent selection of offal/organ meats. Even big grocery stores should stock them in the usual sections.

You mean offal which is usually fed to dogs these days or are you actually eating Rover?

dog meat is just the leftovers from meat abotours. perfectly safe to eat as it has to meet guidelines for homless and is precooked. good protein no carbs

cow heart or kidnees are godtier too, i used to make a kidnee soup with ribs that was amazingly good, i sometimes make it when my parents visit me
i don't recommend eating it like you eat a steak though, the texture of organs are shit
