Always depends on how hard you work for it. If you worked extremely hard and didn't fuck it off at all and kept up a good diet, I would say you could do that in 6 months.
If you're 5'3" like the guy in the photos it'll take a couple years.

Sorry to dissapoint, but unless you have Zyzz-tier genetics we're talking about 2 years minumum, and that's if you train 5 times a week and have a decent diet.
