Joking aside I met Rich in person and had a good 20 min convo with him
Guess he liked my conversation compared to the other 2 min interactions. Interesting guy, tries way harder to be a business man than a bodybuilder. Actually an honest guy, especially if you're knowledgable and not a dyel. Told me to compete classic when I have been lifting a little longer. Told me to consider pinning (shocker) and complimented my genetics. Talked about his dog a bit too. Honestly just a normal-ish guy. Consumed with the business world though.
Also Sara's titties are absolutely ABSURD in person. She must have had massive ones and gotten implants too because theh're fucking ridiculous. Her ass is phat but small by comparison.
Rich also had really greasy hair and weird skin texture. He's also a liar about his height. I'm 6'1 and I was a good deal taller than him and he was in those boosted ass basketball shoes he likes wearing.

I'm 185 at 12% bodyfat, maybe less. 6'1. 21 years old. There are a good amount of people stronger than me. But I'm not much for powerlifting, but that's something I enjoy in its own right.

I dont use scoops, only real food, i blend raw chicken breast, rice and brocolli and then drink it, dont want to overdo on the cooking 5% Whatever it takes
